Not a bad day, but tired now.

Had a great cycle ride between 07.00 and 09.30 this morning, just my usual loop a couple of circuits of Cwmgwrach, down the valley to Aberdulais, then back up again, another trip around Cwmgwrach via a steep section, then to Pontneddfechan and back home. I really thought I was going to get a soaking, but it stayed dry, though the wind was quite fierce.
My pace was shown up to be that of a snail, yet again, as at one point a chap in shorts, like myself, albeit he looked like he weighed 8 stone tops, on wheels about 1/2″ wide, passed me at, it must have been, 20 odd mph. He soon disappeared in the distance. No wind resistance you see, I’m a rather wide load, with such broad shoulders, now, after all those kettlebell exercises. That’s my excuse anyway.
No fault of the Pioneer GT however, because the adjustments I made, referred to in my last post, made the ride extremely comfortable in the cockpit, though the gears still need a bit more fine tuning.
On my ride, I was disappointed to see that the strong winds of the last few days had brought down some lovely trees. Big trees that, sadly, won’t be replaced.
But above is a shot of me cleaning the Pioneer GT. You guessed it, that’s not the photo, I intended to insert here.
Oops! ran out of time.
